the staff provided really good service. the bungalow was well set out. free loungers were always available at the pool. the bistro table at the bungalow added a lovely touch.
i found no liquid hand soap in the room. this is a minor point, but a convenience i appreciate in accommodations.

the reception offered a lovely welcome drink of fizz and efficient check-in occurred. the staff consistently wore smiley faces whenever we interacted with them. they were very helpful!

The head chef and their team provided excellent meals. i especially loved the pink cava served at breakfast. the mixologists at the bar created really good drinks. One waiter suggested the "cocktail of the day", utter brilliance!!!

the ambience was chilled. it was very easy to thoroughly relax and recharge batteries. the pool offered easy, safe access. plenty of loungers were available for all guests. the parasols on wheels were a nice touch.

the hotel offered convenient proximity to various attractions. i thoroughly enjoyed tasting local delicacies. learning how to make really good and different drinks was a highlight. daytime activities were well presented by staff. rebujito is my go-to drink now!

mixed feelings about this stay
adequate equipmentfalse alarmarrogant behavior
the gym had adequate equipment and i did appreciate that.
The fire alarm went off at 3 am, and again at 6 am, one night. the staff seemed overwhelmed. No formal apology followed, and they found it "funny". also, there was confusion regarding a dinner discount, and the reception staff was unhelpful and almost arrogant. This i did not appreciate.

Acceptable but not really good
heated poolopen railsquiet atmosphere
The shower gel and conditioner in my junior suite were very nice products. The heated pool was easily accessible because it had a gentle slope instead of steps.
My room lacked a proper wardrobe. There were only open rails for hanging clothes. The patio was not very private because neighbors could easily see into it. I thought it was a bit too quiet, particularly after the show ended and the bar closed early.
